Veterinary Room Nurse

We are a growing AAHA accredited practice, organized, practicing high quality medicine and surgery, employing 30 minute appointment times, and fixing complicated and interesting problems for our clients. Our ideal candidate is a detail oriented multi-tasker with excellent communication and customer service skills. Our examination room nurses serve as the doctors' “right hand” and are the clients' main point of contact and communication. The exam room nurse ensures that all recommended services for each patient have been discussed with the client. The position involves confidently communicating and/or educating the client on the medical services and products that would benefit their pets. The role has a lot of responsibility, but the room nurses are well supported by the doctors and RVTs in the event that they need help explaining a service, a test, etc. We pride ourselves on providing excellent veterinary care and client service, so we understand the importance of explaining things thoroughly and accurately to our clients, which means supporting the room nurses well when they may need help.
