Bernardo Heights Veterinary Hospital was established in April,1987 by Dr. Paul N. Fenner and his wife Chris, a Registered Veterinary Technician. Since that time we and our staff have dedicated ourselves to providing the highest quality medicine in a family oriented setting.  We continue to see original clients and have cared for many generations of their pets as well as seeing new clients who are the children of original clients that are now grown with their own famillies and their own pets. We take pride in the fact that even though some clients have moved away from this area of San Diego, they continue to come back to Dr. Fenner and Bernardo Heights Veterinary Hospital for the care of their pets.
