Appointments

Our patients are scheduled by appointment.  We will always attempt to accomodate walk-in clients, but appointments will be seen first.   Emergency cases will always receive top priority.  Because we want to be sure that we answer all of each patient's needs, we sometimes run behind. We will try to update you if we are running late.

Leash or Carrier

For your protection, and that of others, please keep dogs on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms, and cats in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Patient Restraint

To prevent injury to you and your pet, we have skilled paraprofessionals to assist in restraining your pets for examinations and procedures.  Even pets that have never bitten or scratched anyone may become fearful in our office and injure someone in their attempts to escape..

Prescription Refills

We appreciate 24 hours notice for refills of medication.  We are required by law to have a current client-patient-doctor relationship for dispensing prescription items.  We are unable to fill prescriptions for patients that we have not examined or for conditions that we are not currently treating in your pet.

Payment Policy

We require payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard,  Discover Card, cash and personal checks and CareCredit.
